Naas Welfare Foundation Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in USA with DBA Tayyab Trust USA (Tax ID: 47-5008669). Tayyab Trust UK is a registered charity in the UK (Charity No.: 1179751). Tayyab Foundation Australia is a registered charity in Australia (ABN: 30629816691 | ACN: 629816691). Tayyab Hospital & Educational Trust is a registered charitable organization in India (Registration No. VI/144/623-642/89). Donations are tax deductible if donated to the respective organization locally. For any processing of funds, please know that it may take up to a week time for that to be shown on your statement. All donations are intended to be used towards the designated projects, however, if for any reason it cannot be utilized towards the project originally aimed for, we reserve the right to change the allocation to ensure that the funds are used to benefit the community decided. The total donation amount received is disbursed into direct, indirect, and admin costs for the project. If you have accidentally donated to us, we will issue you a refund within 60 days, and in such case please contact us immediately through phone or email.
We take fraud and corruption practices very seriously and have internal organizational policies to prevent such dangers from occurrence. All our policies are established on the basis of zero-tolerance with strict timely action taken against those who fail to follow the policies established. The anti-terrorism policy in place takes measures to stop any projects to start, expand, or lead to any form of terrorism. We acknowledge the government laws that apply and other legal and lawful legislation is followed at all times. No funding will be given or taken, and no work in any form will be done knowingly in projects that are suspected to involve terrorism. Any such personnel linked will be informed to the relevant national authority. Proper governance and due diligence processes are followed to check and review all partners. Our anti-bribery policy makes sure that financial transparency and accountability is kept at a high standard within the organization, where all funds are tracked from origin to destination. Our risk management frameworks are established for every project to verify the financial trace of the project funds. Funds are recorded internally and staff are trained on the same. Anti-money laundering policy is also enforced through the same organizational practices. Our risk management policy tracks all project activities broken down into a work breakdown schedule, which ensures that any risks identified for the project are mitigated before occurrence. For risks that include major repercussions, our internal team verifies all possible solutions and ensures no actions are taken that put the people and/or organizations involved in danger.
Our values dictate our work, and within our organization we abide by our code of ethics policy, which dictates the organizational culture and beliefs we practice. Our anti-harassment policy establishes guidelines to prevent any form of harassments from taken place within the workforce and during any field work, which involves the protection of minors and underaged groups such as children as well as the prevention of sexual abuse of vulnerable adults from occurrence. Any action that is deemed to be inappropriate has severe punishments, and we take strong action for any such alerts and incidents with a formal complaints, investigation, and reporting process. Parties involved may be terminated from any official position and agreement if found guilty. Our organization maintains a positive and healthy environment as per our code of ethics, and any unlawful and unethical sexual relationship in any form whatsoever, between staff, volunteers, and/or beneficiaries, that jeopardizes the organizational policies, are prohibited. Screening and complaints processes are kept in place, and executive managers are trained to follow procedures to mitigate such risks. Our non-discrimination policy states that we work with no bias towards any color, race, nationality/origin, religion, faith, cast, gender/sex, age, disability, and experience. We practice equity for all in our actions and projects. Gender equality is strictly maintained with no bias between men and women, and disability inclusion include equal treatment of people with disabilities and handicap mentally and/or physically.
